Adams Villa

Est. 1911.  The first home in Arundel Street, this villa was built by John Cuthbert Adams for his son Capt. Cuthbert Henry Adams. At the time it was said to be “fitted with every modern convenience including a hot and cold-water service.” By 1992 an aerial photograph shows several cars clearly parked in what is now a commercial car sales yard.
