Est. 1983. Built in the stripped Classical style, this single-storied building has a strongly horizonal façade with a fluted rhythmic frieze running lengthwise along the parapet which is reflected with a larger band at the bottom of the façade. This is broken in place with six rectangular framed inserts which sit above the six wrought iron ties holding the cantilevered street verandah below.
