Est. 1928. An eccentric mix of stripped classical, Art Deco, medieval and Spanish Mission architectural styles. The terracotta tiled roof is interrupted by a crenelated parapet akin to defensive battlements. Guardian lion heads are at each end of the building name below. Both central windows have classical triangular pediments, while the outer two windows have semi-circular Art Deco floral motifs. Pilasters at each edge of the façade feature a barley twist column with a Corinthian capital.
