Rydal House

Est. 2000.  Formerly the Public Trust Building (1955-2000). Designed by Wellington-based architect Stanley Fearn whose surname is incorrectly spelled on the building plaque, the asymmetrical building has a corner tower and vertically proportioned windows with framed wave-design decorative panels beneath. Major renovations took place in 2000 and included the installation of a new glazed canopy added over the marble surrounded entranceway.
